Sr. Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager
We are continuously looking for Sr. Advisors to work with our clients' HNW clientele. These Advisors offer complex guidance and investment solutions to HNW and UHNW customers. Deliver customized and effective service, and successfully anticipate clients’ emerging needs. SUMMARY:
Work with existing HNW and UHNW clients and incoming leads to establish and deepen these long-standing relationships. The primary role will be to serve our clients by offering them a single point of contact for all of their investment, planning, and guidance needs. Our associates follow a consultative dialogue approach to better understand each client’s goals, needs, objectives, investment preferences and desired level of involvement for investing/managing their portfolio. Deliver high-value and personalized client experience by creating awareness of needs and matching them with relevant services, platforms, education, products, and offerings that help drive loyalty, retention, and improved overall satisfaction. Leveraging our planning and analytical tools to present high-value solutions across a wide spectrum of client needs and preferences, spanning self-directed to full delegator investor types is key.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow a practice of affluent clients by understanding the clients' needs, objectives, and goals, and identifying proper investment services and solutions customized to the client.

Provide guidance and portfolio consultations, wealth planning recommendations including: customized income solutions, tax-efficient accounts, and SMA's.

Build and solidify client relationships pre and post-retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages our unique value proposition.

Ability to partner within and across the organization to extend meaningful client value and overall service experience as measured through current company evaluation metrics.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
