        Financial Solutions Advisor

These Advisors partner with clients to assess their financial needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and support long-term financial goals. This role uses a consultative sales approach to develop investment and insurance strategies, helps manage client relationships, and delivers a high level of satisfaction and retention. The advisor collaborates with internal partners and acts as a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

SUMMARY:

 

Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

  • Reach out to existing and prospective clients to understand financial situations, goals, and risk tolerances. 

  • Use a consultative sales process to determine client needs, propose solutions, and gain client commitment. 

  • Discuss benefits, risks, and features of investment or insurance products and explain them clearly to clients. 

 

Financial Planning & Solutions

  • Develop individualized financial plans based on client objectives and financial needs. 

  • Recommend investment products, insurance solutions, and other appropriate banking offerings. 

  • Review portfolio activity with clients and explain performance relative to stated goals and risk tolerance.

 

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Own the client experience and ensure high day-to-day satisfaction. 

  • Resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner. 

  • Focus on client retention and proactive service. 

 

Collaboration & Referrals

  • Work closely with Financial Advisors and other internal partners to identify appropriate services and products for clients.

  • Refer clients to specialists or internal teams as needed based on goals.
