INTERVIEWING PROCESS

We have partnered with RightHire to rapidly screen applicants based on work personality characteristics and cognitive abilities to narrow down the pool of talent that is interviewed.
From there we have an extensive process that includes questions in the following areas:
Personality: Work ethic, positivity
Current Situation: (location, why they're looking, current company, time in their role, background, book of business, client makeup, how they source business)
